How
do I send you my images, logos or photos?
You may send us your
artwork via our online form or directly by email
to enquiries@aandsprintables.co.uk.
In
what format should I upload my images, photos or
logos?
For best quality, we
recommend that you send images as a JPEG, however
we can also accept images in most other formats,
including, GIF, BMP, PNG, PSD, etc. Please contact
us if you require any further advice.
What
size should my image or photo be?
We recommend that images
are at a resolution of 300 dpi (dots per inch).
Better quality images will produce better results.
If you have any queries, please contact
us or send us your image for further advice.
Are
there any colour restrictions?
There are no colour
restrictions on any of our products, however the
better the quality of the image, the better the
colour will be.
Can
I have a different design on each side of my product?
Yes, we can print different
designs on either side of our t-shirts and we can
also print different images on our mugs.
I only
have an actual photograph. How should I send this
to you?
We do not accept original
photographs due to the possibility of these going
missing in the post. If you are able to scan the
photo and send it to us we can use this, although
please be aware that scanned photos do not always
produce the best quality images.
My
image or photo is not the same size as the gift
I would like to order.
You have nothing to
worry about as we will resize your image or photo
to fit the product you require. For larger images,
this does mean that some cropping may occur but
we will do our best to make sure all major parts
of the image are still included on your gift.
We will not overstretch
images and if your image is not suitable for whatever
reason we will contact you by email.
What
printing methods do you use?
We use a dye sublimation
process to print your image on to our mugs, mousemats,
t-shirts, keyrings, baby products, money boxes,
jigsaws, fridge magnets, bags, purses and wallets.
This process enables
us to print your image in to the surface of your
product with no colour restrictions. All fabric
materials will not fade or crack and all of our
non-material items will have a clear, glossy photo
finish.
Our pet tags, lighters,
pens and keyrings are all engraved via a computerized
engraving machine, giving you a clear and professional
finish to your product.
All our photo crystals
are produced using a special photo film, which produces
a unique end product. Please note: do not leave
crystals in direct sunlight as it may cause your
image to gradually fade.
Will
my product fade or crack?
No, we use a dye sublimation
process and a heat press which means the image is
embedded into the material and will never fade or
crack.
How
do I pay for my order?
We use Paypal's secure
online system via our website where you can make
credit or debit card payments.
Can
I have a discount if I order in bulk?
We offer a discount
when ten or more of the same item is ordered (i.e.
ten t-shirts). Please contact us with your requirements.
How
long will my order take?
We aim to dispatch
orders within 5-7 working days. Please note that
this is subject to stock levels, workload and the
time of year (i.e. Christmas period). We will contact
you via email if your order will take any longer.
How
will my order be sent to me?
Your order will be
sent to you via Royal Mail first class post and
you will be notified by email when your item has
been dispatched. Bulk orders may be sent to you
via courier.
My
order has been dispatched but I have not received
it, what should I do?
Firstly, please check
that the postal address and postcode you have supplied
us is correct. If it is not correct, please contact
us as soon as possible. If your address details
are correct, we then suggest that you contact your
local posting sorting office and ask if they are
holding any parcels for you. The postal service
should leave you a calling card if they have attempted
to deliver something, however this does not always
happen. If they have not got a parcel for you please
contact
us. We request that all undelivered parcels
are reported to us within seven working days.
What
happens to my personal information? Is your website
secure?
We do not keep hold
of any of your personal details or forward them
to third parties and any debit or credit card payments
are processed by Paypal's secure online payments
system.
